Madalitso M’meta, LLM (Commercial Law)(UCT), LLB (Hons): Madalitso is a Notary Public, prescribed legal practitioner, Certified Insolvency Practitioner and a partner in the Firm. He is a thorough and reputable legal advisor, researcher and consultant on banking, commerce, consumer protection, competition, energy, insurance, intellectual property, securities, telecommunication, and international trade law. He has excellent litigation, mediation and arbitration skills. Currently, Madalitso is pursuing PhD in Commerce. He has been continuously admitted to the Malawi Bar for a period of over 16 years since 2005.
Kingsley Mapemba, LLB (Hons): Kingsley is a prescribed legal practitioner and a partner in the Firm. He is an accomplished and well versed practitioner in civil and criminal law litigation, land transactions, conveyancing, drafting charges, bills of sale and other security documentation. He has extensive knowledge of company and commercial law related transactions including offering company secretarial services to Malawian incorporated companies and organizations. Currently, Kingsley is pursuing a Master of Business Administration programme. Kingsley has been continuously admitted to the Malawi Bar for a period of 16 years since 2005.
Stella Rose Mapemba, LLB (Hons) Mw, LLM (International Development Law & Human Rights) Warwick, UK: Stella Rose is a prescribed legal practitioner with experience in both the private and public sectors. She has had successful appearances in the subordinate, High and Supreme Courts. She is a researcher and consultant on human rights law with particular interest in women's rights and justice. She has impeccable litigation, mediation and client managenent skills. Stella Rose has been continuously admitted to the Malawi Bar for a period of over 13 years since 2008.
Jessica Shaba, Cert.: Jessica is a paralegal and assists the lawyers in carrying out research.
